All hotels availability in ticktab.com provided directly from our hotel partner with instant confirmation. ticktab.com will guarantee all complete reservation after all payment has been materialized, which has been made through our website.

ticktab.com with secure payment system, guarantee your confidential information while using your credit card. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypts all information which using credit card for online transaction.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy of hotel room reservation is also informed in confirmation letter that has been sent to your email address. The entire cancellation must be done during our working hours starts from 09.00-18.00 (GMT+7). Cancellation that received before due of the time or date describe on booking condition will be charged by processing fee as equivalent of USD 10 (per booking). If:

• Cancellation information is received coincide with the due date which specified in the confirmation email, and or
• Absence on the check in without any delays notice in the beginning

Then a minimum of 1 night cancellation fee will be applied, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation email. In this case, the reservation processing fee of USD 10 is uncharged. Change the date, extend the period of stay, check out early, delayed-arrival, full or partial cancellation, must be done through ticktab.com In addition to the cancellation, there is also a penalty policy that will be charged by the hotel if you shorten your stays during:

• Peak period occupancy when the event trade shows, conventions.

Refund Policy
ticktab.com has commit to provide an easy and fast refund process. To process your refund please contact our Customer Service.

Notes:
Any refund will be process directly through your credit card or debit card that has been used on your reservation and it will take processing time within 14 (fourteen) to 30 (thirty) working days. Some hotels will add penalty fees, it is often same as the cost while you stay for a night, for shorten your stay there will be notified in the end. Please check the hotel policies carefully.

Best Price Guarantee
ticktab.com offers "Best Price Guarantee", if you find any lower price available, show us and we will match the rate. You can send us an email to cs@ticktab.com by entering:

• ticktab.com booking ID in the subject line
• Attach the URL in which there is a lower price
• Also attach the display that shows room availability, rates and room types in accordance with your period of stay so that clearly visible.

Claim Conditions
Our Best Price Guarantee applies if: You already booked hotel room on ticktab.com Booking condition is same with your order via ticktab.com, include:

• Same hotel
• Same period of stay
• Same type of room
• Terms of pre-sell, pre-payment and deposit which is same (if any)
• Same terms of alteration and cancellation.
• The type of room with lower price are available with online channel.

Our Best Price Guarantee does not applicable for uncommon price, such as:

• Personal price (individual)
• Package or promotion price
• Room price are part of package price
• Special price for corporation
• Group rate or meeting
• Loyalty program
